These Terms & Conditions apply uniformly to all users of the platform, including

customers, restaurant owners, riders, and vendor partners.

1. Our Role 

merarohtak.online is a only a digital facilitator.

• We connect customers, restaurants, riders, and vendor partners

• We do not sell food or goods

• We do not deliver food or goods

• We do not collect, store, or hold payments

• We are not an e-commerce entity

Our role is limited strictly to digital discovery, coordination, and confirmation.

2. Independent Parties

All users agree and acknowledge that:

• Restaurants and vendor partners are independent businesses

• Riders are independent service providers

• Customers transact directly with restaurants, riders, or vendor partners

• Merarohtak.online is not a party to any commercial, delivery, or service contract

3. Orders & Fulfilment Choice

When placing an order, the customer may choose:

End customer opts for Pickup:

• Customer pays the restaurant or vendor partner directly

• Customer (or any person/serviceprovider/porter chosen by end customer) picks the order only after OTP confirmation with restaurant owner/vendor partner

• Merarohtak.online digital Platform role ends at Pickup OTP confirmation updated by restaurant owner/vendor partner

End customer opts for Delivery:

• Customer pays the restaurant or vendor partner for Food

• Customer pays the rider separately for delivery, if applicable after accepting amount 

• Rider is not employed by merarohtak.online and is a independent service provider and verified indvidual 

4. Payments

• All payments are made directly between the involved parties

• merarohtak.online never processes or settles payments

• Any payment-related dispute is strictly between the concerned parties

5. OTP = Completion Point

• Restaurant or vendor partner verifies the Pickup OTP

• OTP confirmation marks completion of handover

• After OTP confirmation:

  – Platform coordination ends

  – Responsibility transfers to the receiving party

  – merarohtak.online has no further obligation or liability

6. Rider Acceptance & Accountability

• Order assignment is an offer, not an obligation

• Order acceptance is a personal commitment by the rider

• Failure after acceptance may result in restricted platform access

• No monetary penalties are imposed by the platform

7. What We Do Not Guarantee

merarohtak.online does not guarantee:

• Food or product quality

• Delivery timelines

• Rider availability

• Resolution of disputes between parties

All services are provided strictly on an “as-is” coordination basis.

8. Fair Use & Access

Platform access may be restricted or disabled in cases of:

• Platform misuse by any end user 

• Repeated non-fulfilment after acceptance by any end user

• Breach of trust or misuse of digital services by any end user

These measures exist solely to protect the ecosystem.

9. Transparency Promise

• No hidden charges

• No forced delivery

• No hidden control

• No fine-print traps

We believe in clarity, simplicity, and honest boundaries.

10. Acceptance

By using merarohtak.online, you confirm that:

• You understand the platform’s limited facilitator role

• You accept dealing directly with other independent parties

• You agree to these transparent terms
